Format
The course material is on both flipovers and handouts. Participants will get a PDF with all the flipovers and handouts used in the course.
The course is a combination of lecturing, practical exercises and discussion.
Mentor Coaching
It is highly recommended to combine the course with Agile Mentor coaching, to establish a structure to get the learned implemented in daily work.
